What you need
bunch scallion

soy sauce

dark sesame oil

ground ginger

cup cabbage

garlic

carrot

tomato

ground black pepper

salt
lb salmon
Instructions
1. In a shallow pot, saute the onion, carrot, and garlic in the sesame oil for about 4 - 5 minutes. 2. Add the shredded cabbage, salt, pepper, and ginger, stirring everything together. 3. Then add your MOWI Salmon and the soy sauce, and combine all of the pot’s contents together. Let everything cook for about 8 minutes. 4. To serve, put some raw shredded cabbage in the bottom of a shallow bowl (optional), then pour the pot’s contents on top of the cabbage.
