clove garlic

tbsp avocado oil

tsp erythritol

tbsp coconut aminos

tsp tomato paste

tsp garlic powder

tsp apple cider vinegar

tsp onion powder

dried chili peppers

tsp arrowroot starch

cup bell pepper

tsp salt

tsp sesame oil

tbsp ginger
Instructions
1: Dice the salmon into cubes and add to a large gallon-sized plastic bag. 2: Pour the marinade ingredients into the bag as well and let the flavors infuse for a couple of hours in the refrigerator. 3: When you’re ready to cook, heat a large sauté pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of the avocado oil. 4: Add the salmon to the pan and pan-fry until the diced salmon is golden brown on all sides. 5: Remove the salmon from the sauté pan, add the other tablespoon of avocado oil, and add the garlic, ginger, peppercorns, chili peppers, bell pepper, and salt. 6: Cook for about 2 to 4 minutes, then add the salmon back into the pan. 7: Pour in the Kung Pao sauce and toss the contents of the pan together. 8: Serve the dish with scallions and a side of cauliflower rice or actual rice if preferred.View original recipe
