1: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. 2: Add diced onion and celery and sauté until soft. 3: Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. 4: Pour in the clam juice, white wine, and add diced tomatoes. 5: Stir in the tomato paste, red pepper flakes, oregano, bay leaves, and orange zest. 6: Bring to a simmer and let it cook for 10 minutes. 7: Add the salmon, mussels, shrimp, squid, and scallops to the pot. 8: Cook until the seafood is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. 9: Season with salt and pepper to taste. 10: Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
