1: Place the Ducktrap Lightly Smoked Salmon on an air-fryer liner and air-fry for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. 2: While the salmon cooks, combine the basil, olive oil, shallots, vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper in a blender and purée. 3: In a bowl, add the drained artichoke hearts, roasted peppers, and capers, and then pour the basil sauce over the top and mix everything together. 4: Serve everything by pouring the artichoke salad onto a platter and nestle the golden smoked salmon fillets on top. Sprinkle with a little extra basil and salt, if you so choose!
